Brief: Reimagine the annual athenahealth Thrive Summit with a fresh, innovative perspective. Lead the charge on everything from layout design and furniture curation to custom fabrication for sponsor booths and scenic elements, all brought to life through thoughtfully crafted environmental graphics.
Concept: The athenahealth Thrive Summit is an annual gathering that unites more than 2,000 of the brightest minds in healthcare for three dynamic days of keynote presentations, panel discussions, hands-on workshops, and organic networking opportunities. With a shared mission to reimagine healthcare as it could be, this summit took on a special significance—it marked the first physical application of athenahealth’s vibrant new brand identity.
The event’s design captured the bright and bold personality of athenahealth’s new brand, transforming the 150,000 square foot blank canvas into a vibrant and welcoming environment.
With every detail thoughtfully crafted—from the 60+ sponsor booths to the inviting “Connection Lounge” and the personalized “Coaching Café”—the space became a hub of connection, collaboration, and creativity. Austin’s unique charm and the colorful brand identity came together seamlessly, creating a fun yet purposeful atmosphere that embodied the summit’s mission: to thrive together.
